He was wearing some dope kicks and seemed pretty excited to be recognized.

I also met Iggy Pop. I was too shy to ask him about his Pete & Pete stint, especially after he half accused me of selling his autograph on E-bay (long story). However, after I’d scuttled away, someone else mentioned to him that I dug his work on Nickelodeon, and he was apparently VERY gracious.
